Prayer at Northpark

At NorthPark, Prayer is a priority! It's a priority because it is an act of faith, and we know that "without faith it is impossible to please God" and that "he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him".

We are encouraged by scripture to "Pray continually"
(1 Thessalonians 5:17).
We're also encouraged to "be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Phillipians 4:6)

God's Word is so practical! God knows us. He knows we often want to "do something" that only He can do. Out of His goodness, He allows us to participate in His redemptive, healing, sovereign work--through prayer!

A clear understanding of who we are--the creation--and Who He is--The Creator--gives way to a clear understanding of our role in getting things done. When we are desirous of something or we're in need, there is something we can do...we can pray! We have a good God who cares intimately for each of us and loves to answer prayer!

Prayer Chapel

Our Prayer Chapel located on the second floor adjacent to the Celebration Center, right hallway.  This space is a quiet place to quietly pray and meet with God according to your needs.

Family Prayer Needs

At NorthPark, we're a family. When one of our members suffers--we suffer, too. We encourage you to pray for one another regularly, passionately, and expectantly!   If you have a prayer request and you would like us to know, contact Pastor bob.lininger@northpark.com.

Pray For Our Troops

At NorthPark, we honor the brave men and women who serve our country in the armed forces.  Our "Honor Court" is the ideal place to pray for our troops and ask God for His portection and give thanks for their service.

National Day Of Prayer

NorthPark joyfully participates in the annual National Day of Prayer the first Thursday of every May.
